Budget car insurance waste of time!
Its almost 8 months that my husband was smashed into. Both times was the other vehicles fault. We had to pay an excess amount of r5500. With is a total of 11000. Everytime we have to call them they give excuses. My husband did put them on hello peter and still no reply or our money given back to us. We even changed our car insurance. Its truly pathetic how you pay for a service thats so useless.!

10 Mar 2020, 18:30Wow thanks once again for utter ****. Got a call from Vassie. Who did nothing but give excuses and speaks so rudely. They say they gave a letter of demand on the 4th of february. She herself said the third party as 7days from than to reply and guess what all they did was "try" giving him a call. Its now 10 march now they want to send final demand etc. Very quick to take our premuims but cant pay us our money back. Why cant budget pay us back and collect it from third party? You guys wont do that but its ok for us to wait this long. I will be cancelling all policies with you guys by tommorow thanks for wasting our time.
