BUDGET CAR INSURANCE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got into a car accident 13 November 2013, It took Budget 2 weeks to come tow the car. Call back time is horrible, had to always been the one to follow up. To this day the claim had not been finalised. I feel like I'm the ******** having to harass them for a follow up. I'm not sure whether anything will happen this year since Christmas is around the corner. I called them again today and they told me they'll call back Friday. I regret having them as my insurer. BUDGET IS ONLY THERE FOR YOU WHEN THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. THEY DON'T GIVE TWO ****S ABOUT HELPING YOU. WORST INSURER EVER!!!!!!!!! It's unfortunate I had to find out AFTER I had an accident:'(
