Budget Car Insurance covering themselves more than us

Here is a company who has themselves "Covered" more than they cover me and you. The whole time I have been with Budget Insurance (since 2016), they have never paid out my claims.

I claimed Twice and once more recently and each time, I realize just how much I am NOT covered.

I have paid my policy monthly and have hit the wall anyway. With this company, if your car gets damaged, be prepared to fix by yourself.
