Budget Car Insurance Claim

I have been with Budget Insurance for less than six months and on the 8th of October 2022 I was involved in the car accident. I submitted my claim with budget Insurance and I was informed by the agent that Shane Gokul, the claims consultant will be handling my claim and will be in contact with me going forward.

Shane reached out to me and explained the process, Shane was very polite, knowledgeable, explained various aspects very clearly in an "easy to understand" way and that they’re going to assess the car damages act.

After the assessment, Shane informed me that the car was a write off. The case was handed over to Christo Van Eck for investigation, Christo is the Senior Risk Adjuster, Claims Cost and Risk at Telesure Investment Holdings.

Christo called me and was also very polite, knowledgeable, and asked me some questions and to explain the day of the accident, requested work and my friends contact details for further investigation. Christo also explained various aspects very clearly in an "easy to understand" way.

Upon a week and few days of investigation I received the feedback that Christo signed off the investigation and my claim was approved.

Shane called me to finalize the claim and I was informed that the payout will take up to 3 business days to reflect.

I cannot recommend Budget Insurance highly enough for their staff, pricing and all round good value for money.

If I were to rate the service I received from Christo and Shane I would say 10/10.
