Budget Cancel my insurance for a claim that was not even paid to me.

i am disgusted and disappointed at the service that i received from this insurance company i had my insurance policy cancelled due to the fact that i put in a claim for my household contents and the claim was not even paid to us and rejected,why do we take out household contents if we are not able to claim for them and then our policy gets cancelled because of this claim and now i am flagged as risk as i cannot get any other insurance on my name which is totally wrong and unacceptable and i will be taking this up further if no one contacts me and let me know how this will be sorted out and for my name to be removed from the risk department,this can get very bad if its not sorted out.
