Budget Business Insurance Ridiculous Service

My vehicle was involved in an accident in March 2019, i was given the run around till today, Last week I was informed that the claim was declined for reasons of not having a PrDP.

I called on Friday to arrange for a towing service to move the vehicle from Kallies Panel Beaters in Upington to address 401 Shimane Street Paballelo wich is less than 5km.

When I spoke to Nokuthula, yesterday, she told me that the request was never submitted by the consultant I spoke to on Friday.

So she sent the request, promised that the people will sent me a sms or email to inform me when they are on their way either late yesterday or this morning. I never got any communication from Budget Insurance.

This morning when I follow up on the progress, the consultant tells me the towing service will be sent later today or tomorrow.

This is really not on it is poor service for a paying client, this is getting ridiculous my business is really going under because of the continuous delayed and or non-response of budget business insurance.
