Budget business insurance claim

I had an accident on 24/09/2023 an budget is my insurance under business they took my car and never told me where it was I had to call and ask. They requested documents which I submitted and after that they never came back to me. I have calling them since and they keep saying they are validating my claim and will last friday or saturday never did that. They have increased my premium and deducted but I do not know if they will fix my car , I keep calling them they never communicate and am using the car for and currently do not have any source and budget do not care , assist as hellopeter is my last hope.
