Budget - Bad service & madness in increasing premiums without my consent

I am very disappointed in Budget Insurance.

They just increase my premium without my consent. No transparency !!!

They use Covid as the main reason in finding it difficult to obtain LAND ROVER PARTS 😂 ...

I do not agree as Land Rover is a well known vehicle brand Internationally.

This is totally unacceptable and I will not except there increase. They pushing sales instead of Quality Service & not sharing info before implementing stuff !!!
