Budget bad for business

Budget Business is guaranteed to sink your business. About two and half months ago I had a break-in my bakkie used for business purposes and since then I had little to no support or customer service from Budget. There has been no progress made on my claim, no feedback even though they promise to contact you back within 30 minutes. My vehicle has not been repaired as yet, and they do not even know most times where my vehicle is at. There has also been no progress on items ****** from the vehicle, despite there being video footage of the break-in and that these items were specifically included within my policy. Even the manufacturer of the vehicle refuses to deal with Budget and told me to handle any repairs at my own cost and then claim back from Budget. As a business owner, I would personally not recommend Budget Insurance to any of my clients as the service received has been ********** and personally, I believe that having your business assets insured with Budget is to the detriment of your business and not to the benefit of it. As explained it has been a month and a half and that the damages incurred to my business is substantial. I feel that Budget is the biggest promotes false advertising and delivers only on empty promises.
