Budget avoiding obligation.

i was involved in a accident and the other party was a budget client. my car was written off and i paid almost R35000 in excesses. my insurance are now trying to claim back my expenses from budget. it doesn't matter how much evidence i send them they keep refusing my claim. i have sent in 3 eyewitness statements,photos,and data from my cars smart box to show that i was not at fault ant that they're client is untruthful in this matter. i have eye witnesses and smartbox data as well as photos to show that i was not at fault, all budget has is they're clients word? but they still refuse? dont you care about the truth? or are you just avoiding to pay as you are supposed to? this is not a very good image for budget insurance.
