Budget Access Recovery Delaaaay

I have been waiting for my access to be recovered for over a month and a half from Budget and their installments are too high... Consultant Thabiso claims to have sent me a formal which he didn't, I have requested to be sent the forms again and that has not been done.

For the money we pay at Budget you would expect more efficiency but hey all they care about is getting our money.
