Budget, a star insurer!

I would like to applaud Budget insurance for their excellent service and customer experience provided, I am in the final stages of may claim and I am very thankful for their efficiency.

My car was involved in an accident in December, the busiest period of all time, where no business cares about their clients, and I was not expecting more from my insurer and they have taken me by a surprise.

1. The tow driver was beyond helpful, he drove my partner to the police station and offered help, he went beyond his duties in the wee hours, thank you to him for making sure my partner is okay and going an extra mile.

2. The turnaround time was so quick, I was updated regularly and everything is sorted within a space of 3 weeks.

I always hear of bad stories about insurers, especially if the accident happens during the festive season, with less staff at work things take forever, but it was not the case with me.
