Brilliant customer service!

Thank you Marlon the manager at the Durban branch for absolutely brilliant service !!! Not only did he discount me on my premium that I was unhappy about but he also went out of his way to make sure the dealership had all the necessary insurance details by personally calling them and sorting out the paperwork ! He also gave me very valuable advice about additional added benefits that budget offers and his budget direct line should I need any help in the future Because of people like you , I couldn’t be more happy at Budget :) if you ever get to see this THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for your professionalism in dealing with my issue. Budget is so lucky to have you as an employee!
