Breathing through the wound...Budget why????

I was involved in an accident with another vehicle on the 16 November 2019 hitting it from behind and my car written off so my claim has been rejected due to witnesses and empty bottles that i was under influence of alcohol the first witness i was told about is the guy i bumped and the towing people the same people that took me home after they agreed to take care of both cars because they convinced me that they work with budget no other proof no police nothing. I feel like i have been ****** here now they sent me an email asking when can they come drop my car . The towing people even sent Budget an email after when they refused to pay for storage i had to payed R5500 and budget managed to pay R2500 i had to negotiate with the towing guys my self from R9000. Never ever please God loves you please. Im still trying to get good lawyers before i starve my family to death Budget is sh**t. Never ever…,all this happened to day they rejected my claim today Budget is sh*t.
