Branden Persadh was very helpful when taking my claim, four stars because I’m I live in a remote area and I requested for an accessor to come out to me however I was told I might have to go to Port Elizabeth or East London which is 5 plus hours away from me and then 3,5 hours away. It’s a big inconvenience and the impact is high. I’m working I do not have leave days, fuel and cost for the travel to get help makes the help seem as if it’s an obstacle.
