Bought problems instead of a warranty cover

Taking a warranty cover with Budget Insurance has been a nightmare and a painful experience. They do not administrate this policy and use Innovation group who do not give a damn about customers. They are never willing to assist with anything. Their processes are tiring and not aimed at assisting the client but to frustrate.A month later I’m still stuck with a car that has not been fixed and it is nowhere near being fixed. Do not take an extended warranty cover with budget or anything that is linked to Innovation
