Bongiwe Gumede was very helpful

Bongiwe Gumede was very helpful. I had sent a notice of cancellation with the assumption that the policy would be in place until 25 May since I had already paid upfront. I received a cancellation confirmation but it said the service was cancelled immediately meaning I wouldn't have cover despite payment being made. Bongiwe assisted and made sure I'd still have cover until the end of May 2023 when my cancellation goes through.
