Bogus Business

On the 05th of December 2019 I was involved in an accident. I contacted budget insurance my insurer to report the incident, they towed my car. on 06 December 2019 they drove my car before it was assessed, unfortunately my car died in their hands. they have since been ducking and diving. a gentleman by the name 'Louis Lues' has been trying his best to protect budget however the evidence I have from car track that my car was driven while in the possession of budget insurance succeeded any claim they can make. They have since dismissed my claim of which I have evidence but just waiting for them to tell me that they have exhausted their internal processes to solve this matter so that I can take further action. I am puzzled because the same Company keeps calling me for reinstating the insurance with them. This is a bogus business, when they are wrong they drag the matter ,
