#BlackFriday
I report an accident on the 14th of October 2025 to budget, where my son a licence driver was bumped at the back. Afterwards i put in a claim on the 21st of October 2025 for the damages to my car, consultants was friendly and helpful to assist me, I completed all documents and police report. I received a call to inform me that the car is uneconomical to repair, so its a write - off and this is where my problem start I called on Monday to do follow up on the claim and send a message to Nthando who is dealing with my claim, they told me the claim is in the validation process, meaning they need to validate who the regular driver was and the more I told them the more they think I am lying when I told them that I am the owner and the regular driver as was stated when I took out the policy. Today I spoke to Nthandos manager, Monadia and she told me the same story about the validation, problem is at the time of the accident I send my son to drop someone around in Eldorado Park. My disappointment is the manager and consultants is taking me for a **** because they want proof that I am the regular driver and what proof do they want, they want to come to my work place to question my ****orkers while I told them that I am not using the car to travel to work, but public transport, they want details from people who is not involve in this matter. I was told that the claim process takes 2 weeks to be finalize and here we go, delaying the process looking for loophole to to settle the claim I am very disappointed in how they are handling the claim with no communication from the person who is handling the claim
