Bitterly disappointed in Budget Insurance

Budget Insurance gave me such a hard time about replacing a tv that I bought in 2011 that I am going to terminate my contract with them ASAP. The access for this 2011 tv was just over R2400! Firstly, I had to report them to hellopeter before they followed up on my claim. Then I was called 2 days later only to be told that someone will call me to finalize my claim. A further 2 days later I was called only to be told that my 2011 tv will be taken for repairs and it can only be replaced once it was deemed not repairable. I bought a new tv instead of paying over R2400 access to repair a 2011 tv. I am bitterly disappointed because Budget Insurance came highly recommended.
