Big time ****mers and they take time to resolve and settle claims. Mistake made by their employees affects you as the insured

I have a business insurance with budget insurance, covering rental units and loss of income. I have been with the company since 2021 without claiming. My place was broken into on the 31st of dec , When I registered a claim, the company refused to to assist claiming they can't access business insurance during the holidays and therefore will not provide security to protect the property. Eventually during the second week of January, an accessor was appointed. I was informed that it should get someone to fix my property and they paid me a minimum amount to cover the damages not considering that I have to pay labour. I also had insurance for loss of income and as a result of their inconvenience, I lost tenants and I informed them earlier that due to them wasting time to fix my property and having paid me later in January, I suffered loss of income. When I registered a claim, it was rejected on the basis that the consultant who registered the claim from their company made a mistake by saying the damages happened on the 1st of Dec rather than the 31st of December. They had to investigate, I was required to provide lease agreements and trace tenants that have left my place so that they can call to verify the dates when they vacated the premises. A month later they still refused to pay loss of income based on the mistake from their employees. I wouldn't recommend budget insurance to anyone running a business. Its a **** and a ****ty insurance company.
