BIG REGRET taking BUDGET Insurance !!!!

Upon doing my First Claim with Budget Insurance, I totally REGRET taking them, I did a Windscreen claim on the 25th September 2021 , to my surprise they were charging me an excess of R5600 when the standard amount is R1200 , further to querying this I was told that they only cover for the genetic glass which ideally will drop the value of my car, they are currently refusing to replace my Agent windscreen with another Agent Glass , Imagine if I required new panels on my car they will be replacing it with all pirate parts and only doing what suits them cost wise, while totally forgetting about the value of the car which is important to the client, I would not recommend anyone to take an insurance like Budget , I asked an representative if they explain to their clients that they only replace parts with pirate parts and she could not answer my question. Pirate parts are cheap if I wanted these parts in my car I wont take an insurance because I would be able to replace it on my own, Insurance companies were suppose to be replacing the parts with what's currently on the car that's why you'll do a car inspection. Until now I'm still awaiting to speak to a Manager to resolve this and if Budget does not sort this Claim , I will be cancelling my contract.
