Beware people

Just shows Budget Insurance simply don't care about customer service or even customer retention. This was their feedback on 25 April 2023. According to their business rules and emails,they will get someone to contact you as a client urgently, well still no call or email 2 I submitted a complaint w.r.t my claim on same date 25 April 2023 and responding from them saaid the following " One of our dispute resolution consultants will contact you within 10 working days. Today is 15 May 2023 and no call. Please people, beware of this when you decide on short term insurance provider.
