Beware of Budget Insurance

I requested this Budget Insurance to furnish me with the recordings after they insisted that they explained all the information to me on the call when I took up the policy with them. I was made to believe that paying a particular premium means that in the event of loss I would be compensated fully, however, upon listening to the recording, it is clear that the company misrepresented its own product to me and was only interested in me taking up the policy. I believe that issue relating to pay out are as important as issues relating to how much Budget Insurance was sucking out of my bank account monthly, however, they are quick to emphasize the monthly premium as that is a benefit to them and not the payout. I guess they don’t want any person to ever claim. My view is that the premium must be clear and the payout must be clear. If I had known that these guys will pay me a quarter of my assets, I would have asked them if they don’t have another policy which cost a bit more and which would allow me to cover my loss. I mean that is the reason for having insurance, is it not? Beware of Budget Insurance
