Beware budget insurance

Please avoid this insurance company! Their service is absolutely pathetic. I requested a quote from them which I was happy with and approved , they however didn't capture my details correctly and thus couldn't debit my account. I called them and made sure that the information was correct, I double checked with the call agent that everything was correct with my policy and that I had cover, only to later find they just cancelled my policy leaving me with no insurance! I guess they are "budget" insurance for a reason, you get what you pay for!
