Beware Budget car insurance

In a telephonic conversation I was led to believe that my policy at R 485.75 was comprehensive. I actually says that in my policy document. However, on January 1 Budget deducted an additional R 209 from my account. Upon investigation it turned out that this was to cover dents, scratches, etc. to my vehicle. The amount of R 209 was never discussed and it does not appear in my policy. Any truly comprehensive policy would certainly include that, as all my previous policies did. I view that as simply dishonest and I therefore no longer want to be associated with Budget Insurance.
