<p>my car was bumped on 26 September 2016 in the morning, i lodged the claim with budget at 8 and by 9 the budget consultant phoned and told me to take my car to the assessor at 10. By 12 afternoon again the consultant phoned me and told me the claim has been approved for repairs. my car repairs were completed in two weeks times. i was phoned by Carmen the consultant to inform me that they have recovered my excess fee from the other insurance and it will be paid in my bank account.
