Budget Insurance have been an amazing insurance by far.

Same time response at the accident, clear communications, follow-ups on cases and checking up on customers' safety.

The claiming process ran smoothly, and no delays in approvals. Handing over to the repair company was proper and involved clear communication.

I would like Budget Insurance to change the recovery company (Telesure - Tihsa). Telesure is a nightmare and is not a company to be used by Budget Insurance, as they are completely the opposite. You guys deserve a recovery company that will match your standard, and Telesure (Tihsa) is ridiculous and nowhere close to the Budget Insurance standard.
