Being sold empty promises.

Highly dissapointed with their service. I have been with them for more than 5 years. Even when I tried to cancel since I saw the insurance with them to be useless. They convinced me to stay with them as one day it might come in handy.So today 29 November 2024. I came back from the shops I find people surrounding my car and my goods were stollen cellphone, bag and clothes amongst other things. Apparently I had to specify the home contents that I needed covered but when they were selling me this stupid insurance they did not say that. I knew that my claim was for R5000 since they said even if I was hijacked I would get some sort of cover.
