I was bumped by Miss Nxele who is insured by Budget insurance. When she called in to advise that she bumped me, she was informed never to interact with me. The Broker Reggie gave me false information regarding documents required from me. Did not inform Miss Nxele to log a third party claim. I called budget and all the information given to me was different from what the Broker told Miss Nxele. The broker Reggie does not take my calls, misleads his clients and act dishonestly and has a i don't care attitude. What kind of values does the company hold, misguiding their own clients regarding claims and also teachers them to lie and deny being involved in accidents. this is disgusting and unacceptable business ethics.
