Been trying to cancel my policy as at 1 may 2023
Been trying to cancel my policy as at 1 may 2023. No luck on website. Sent emails and tried phoning. Apparently there was an IT issue and was promised a call back but nothing. 2 deductions takenš” just gone on pension so cannot afford 2 insurance amounts taken. Really frustrating.
