Be careful of the providers you recommend to your clients

When I have car related issues, my first call is to my insurer (Budget Insurance) because I trust them. Today I needed my car to be towed from a dealership to my house, I then called my insurer, they were happy to assist as usual. Parow coachworks were recommended for the towing services. My insurer arranged everything with the towing company and I just had to process the payment. Everything went well until the car arrived at my house.

The towing company left my car half-way through the garage, the garage door can not be closed because the car is literally "half-in" and "half-out" of the garage. When my nanny asked the towing guy to move the car properly in the garage, he refused to do so and just left. We live in a house without gates and it's enclosed by the garage, therefore our entry point is through the garage which is currently open and exposed. I am currently at work far away from home, how do I relax knowing my nanny and my 5 months old daughter are in a house that is currently open and not secured. Anybody can literally walk-in. Who will be responsible if something bad happens? What kind of service provider is this Parow coachworks , that exposes its clients to such conditions? and why is Budget Insurance recommending them to their clients?
