Be careful of Budget insurance and African Independent Broker

I call budget insurance to tell them that I want to cancel my car insurance with them on the 17 of September 2024, they told me that I won't be able to cancel the insurance,the Broker African Independent my cancel the insurance on my behalf, I called African independent I don't know how many times during the month to help me cancel the insurance but they kept on saying that the lady who is dealing with my account will get to me, despite the means that I tried to cancel the debit order. they debited my account and now they are telling that I won't be getting the money back. so basically I paid 2 insurances this month for 1 car, and budget insurance was the one who helped me to remove broker fee on the insurance
