BE CAREFUL OF BUDGET INSURANCE

BE WARY OF BUDGET INSURANCE - THEY THE BIGGEST ********!!!! I put in a claim for a motor vehicle that was written off because I did not hear one of their questions from their Sales Consultant clearly when taking out a policy with them. As a result of this, Budget insurance rejected the claim as I did not hear the question clearly and gave them the incorrect answer from something that I did not hear. They said that I was not honest with my answers. This was taken up with their dispute department with further investigation and they would not tell me the specifics and reasons why they rejected the claim. I felt so discriminated by Budget Insurance! Disgusting company to ever deal with! Those who plan to join Budget Insurance, I say from experience, be careful as they will find any loopholes to try not to pay for a claim.
