Battery ****** and Budget Insurance not doing anything about it
My car went for repairs and the battery has been ******, replaced with an old dead battery. I have reported this and still not sorted out. Francis is not getting back to me. I need this sorted out urgently!

The other weekend there was a overtime at work I could not attend and ended up with a flu after waiting for a taxi in the rain! But I am paying. You demanded excess fee I paid! You referred me to Europcar in Hatfield they stole my money. Yet I pay for disappointments. Long weekend I couldn't visit my parents.
