Baseless claim rejections , I do not recommend.

Last month I was involved in an accident upon assessment it deemed a write off, I provided the insurer ( Budget ) with all necessary information ,documentation and even went to the site of the accident . Even after the very long back and forth I was very patient because everything seemed very promising. However this it seemed to be just a delay tactic. After just a few days they rejected the claim providing baseless and frivolous explanations. After honoring my part as customer I feel this insurance company has failed me . I will be taking legal action and wont take this laying down. If they are used to ****ming people and getting away with doing such things I am not having it .
