Bank fee charges

Budget debited my account 2days before the agreed date, the bank charged me honoring fee and further overdraft fee that was caused by budget insurance, but they don't want to held accountable for those fees. I tried to get hold of them with no luck, their number aren't going through, I have requested that a consultant call me back nothing!!! it's been over a week 😪 this is frustrating and the only time I get to find something from them is via Facebook..
