This just shows my dissatisfaction of your customer service. I did an online quote 24/04 which that would mean comparing the price from what I am paying compared to budget insurance, right enough you will get a sales consultant to call me. So what has been annoying and irritated me was I received a call from Alex sales consultant at 8:09 the next day and 16 attempts there after which im sure he has not made a note of each attempt just to try and finalise a sale. Does that not show how desprate Alex is just to make a sale or does it show that the company is not training there agents correct customer service skills because after 3-4 attempts would that not indicate that either the customer is busy and unable to answer or disintrested in the product. What then frustrated me more is that Alex has done a credit check without my consent, I want that footprint removed. I then called budget to inform them of the situation and got told by lerato there is no complaints department or email address and should put it on hello peter. By that agent (Alex)It shows that money and commission is way more than customer satisfaction and customer service. I can provide all records of attempts to call me and footprint on my credit file which I want removed with immediate effect. Do budget think I will use or reccommed them to anyone NO. For that service I would definitley not make use of your service and would like you to be in contact with me regarding this. Was unable to inform budget earlier as hello peter site was down.
