Bad services

Hello Peter Henry Chelhango ID *** I have businesses cover under budget insurance policy number ***. I registered a claim on 14 December 2021 till to date .I’m still waiting for their approval.I have called them several times trying to indicate the severity of financial pressure that we are facing, since it’s business vehicle which had incident, and we are unable to work and generate income to pay employees and monthly car instalment.I’m real deeply saddened by how they handle reported claims .
