Bad service they dont care about customers safety

I was hijacked on my Mercedes Benz GLA and recovered the same day . My car was taken to Eldon Panel beaters in Pretoria west .

Now they have been telling me that they have placed orders for the repairs of the car . I was given the car back to drive to work which the car to me is not in a good condition . The brakes lights are on as the brakes need to be changed . I had taken the car to Mercedes Benz and they have told me that they have cancelled the motor plan as the car was never brought to them for final diagnose. When i spoke to the Budget insurance assessor he told me that they couldn't take it to Mercedes Benz as the car is not yet complete with repairs . Whose problem is that ? Do i have to endanger my children and my self driving a car with no brakes ? If i can be involved in an accident will you pay me for the costs and also for the suffering that i will incur ? You are so nice to debit the instalment however the service is like a service for a rural place . Why didn't you take my car to Precision and son panel beater ? or if you guys are failing together with your panel beater get me a car at your costs as this is not safe to drive at all . I think you will take this to consideration as i cant be risking my families life
