Bad service received from 3 consultants

On the 26 August I called Budget insurance to cancel my car insurance because I'm selling my car ,I have been sent from pillar to post I have spoken to 3 consultants all of then said they can't assist me they kept on transferring me how is that possible that I have spoken to 3 people but none of them cannot assist me ,I was promised that someone will call me ,I'm still waiting for that someone to call me. Can someone assist me to cancel my insurance, how difficult is it to get someone to assist me.
