BAD SERVICE RECEIVED

Recieved poor service from budget insurance ans thats what a person gets for being with them for 15 years +,we have a vehicle insured with them and when we got into a accident they declined the claim due to over speeding(as they stated)They have failed to prove it to us as our lawyers are busy fighting this and they have come back with a different excuse of they rejecting it now due to my mother who insured the vehicle on her name but the vehicle is registered on my name,so because she is not the registered owner they wont pay out,we have call recordings were they were aware of that,and we have phoned now on 3 occassions asking if they can insure a vehicle that way and all 3 sales people have said YES,its been 10 months now since the incident

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM AS THEY ARE NOT LOYAL AND TRY TO DUCK AND DIVE WITH ANYTHING
