Bad service no feedback

Pathetic service . I was hijacked and the car was recovered the same day . On the 16th April i was informed to take the spare key for my mercedes Benz to the police station which i did . My car was taken by the you guys to a panel beater which is not client focused . Now it is 2 full months waiting for my car to be returned to me . This is really inconvenienced as it is a long weekend and i need to travel , are you taking our cars to fly by nights panel beaters ? The only fix was to change the keys.
