Bad Service, Im disgusted with Budget Insurance
<p>The insurance is giving me a run around between their legal team and the claims team. Its shocking that the smae company but different departments can give you contrasting information. For over 18 days now since I had my car accident caused by the third party who is also insured by Budget. After calling the insurance a number of times to register a claim, Im told this morning that the claim is not yet registered and that the consultant will call me. This is after numerous calls and providing information including the details of the third party. This is digusting when these big corporates treat us the clients so bad but they are quick to take our money on a monthly basis. Thuis is the first time I get such bad service from *********** bunch of staff in my dealings with insurance for years. Im disgusted to say the least. </p>

Kindly be advised that we have escalated the matter to the manager in our Legal Department to call you regarding the way forward. Please keep in mind that when you claim directly from the third party; the law of collissions will become applicable in terms of how the accident occurred and based on the merits; the matter may be apportioned. This could indeed be the reason why you are being advised that it would be best to claim from your own policy and the Legal Department will assist with the recovery of the excess.
