Bad Service From Budget Insurance & Telesure

I’m highly disappointed with Telesure and Budget insurance,I was high jacked a month ago,my car was found went for inspection with Telesure.Did the inspection with the assessor who had a funny attitude towards me but I didn’t read much into it, I told him all the damages prior to the highjack which he also confirmed.Damages after the highjack which I could see was my bumpers Front and Back,Electronics cables in the car That were pulled out,my carpet which they tore looking for the tracker and new car keys because they took them.I called my insurance after a month of no communication,I called them to hear about the progress of the car only to be told that it will be a cash payment and I will need to fix my car on my own they will pay out around R11k.I told them that I want them to fix it because I pay my insurance I expect them to fix ,that time a new key starts from R8k to do.
