Bad Service from Budget Insurance - Recoveries
I have been trying to get reimbursed for my excess paid for panel beating my car from a third party, but have been having endless problems in dealing with Budget centre which supposedly does this. Their communication is non existent. The third party is willing to pay but the budgets policy does not allow for them to pay directly and so I have been waiting since Nov 2015 to be reimbursed. Very poor service indeed.

02 Jul 2018, 11:01Today is the 2 July 2018 and to date I have not been paid the access from Budget Insurance.
The case has been closed on 31 May 2018 and Ndingano Nemakonde promised that I would be paid 3 days later. I have not been paid since. Nothing effects Ndingano, even the fact that I promised to take the matter to the media, she said go ahead. I would strongly advise against a budget insurance policy.
