Bad service from budget insurance

I have my business insurance with budget for the last 2 years and I had a ******* in june. To date they have not sorted out the claim and they have now told me that they don't insure my kind or spares business when I need to make a claim after 2 years. Very disappointing from such a reputable insurance company. I have not had any response since then and my claim has not been settled as yet.
