Bad Service from Budget Insurance
Hi, hope all is well. I am not happy at all with Budget Insurance. My car was towed by them on the 21st April 2023 due to wheel stuts broken and when I asked them to bring my car to my home they refused and on the 26th April 2023 they brought my car smashed and i did not accept it. now i cant find anyone to assist me. the gentlement im told his handling my query is not helpful and not returning my calls, his line stays engaged. This is my busines tool Im loosing customers as it is now. Bad service at its best. Yesterday started calling them from 08:00 am and i managed to get hold of the guy at 12:19 and he promised to call me back in 5 min never till now.

03 May 2023, 12:47Hi since they said they will call, I'm still waiting. Today I made a call to them at 08:40 this morning and i spoke to the lady by the name Chezne, she tried connecting me to Sanatiel who's handling my case but she failed, she also tried to escalate to his boss also failed. I've been trying calling but not winning to find him. Another answered call by the same lady Chezne at 12:27 and she tried to connect me to Sanatiel but failed again. She then told me she called someone who works with sanatiel to tell him to call me. Im still waiting
