bad service from Budget for pay back time

i have insure my car with budget insurance for more than five years and i have never claim anything ever since my car was insured under them, now on the 27 th of Jan i was involve in an accident my car was towed for inspection on Tuesday i was receive a call from one of budget consultant informing me out the out come of the inspection, the out come was the car was a write off and she indicated that i should sent document to p.o. box 11250 Johannesburg and my claim processor i Jamie Chetty and on Wednesday the 27th i went to post office and the i requested speed service on Friday the 08th of Feb i called to inquire about the status of my of my claim i was taught that they will sent the driver i must provide with the tracking number i did give in then they contact me as soon as they receive the document, nobody has called me , i called again Monday i was taught the driver is on his way to collect the document, yesterday i made follow up then the consultant told me that she has sent an email to Jamie CHETTY and that chetty lady will contact me she has never get in touch with me t ever since i was taught that she is me claim processor n today i spoke to Thembisile Gabela she said they will sent the driver to collect the document it looks like the driver will forever collect the document for the whole of February , i am not impressed about the service that i did get from budget insurance and i will never refer anyone to them, it is good when we pay every month but it is hard for them to pay back , i have never seen i claim that took over two weeks to be processed your service is pathetic budget and please do me favour as soon as you pay back my money please remove my details from your system and i don't want ever want to receive a call from you guys even sms i am not happy at all um leaving without a car
