Bad service from Agents

Got a call from one of their agents trying to sell me some additional cover on my insurance. That department has been calling me since last week to sell something to me over and above what l have with budget and l have informed them lm in hospital sick and can they not call me.

This agent calls me around 8:55 and l informed the lady that the deaprtment should not call me as lve been in hospital and been telling them.

the lady said " that's why you are in hospital because you answer phones like this" and then she dropped the call.

yes my car insurance is with budget but she has no right to tell me why lm in hospital especially not knowing why l am in hospital.

Is it by force to get additional cover, moreover when you have been telling them you not well? I dont owe anything to budget and they debit my account properly but their agents have made me think twice about staying as a client
